The client approached us with the goal of migrating the site from Mechbunny to KVS (Kernel Video Sharing). ✨ KVS template created based on existing site markup
The client was happy with their design, so instead of starting from scratch, we built a KVS-compatible template using the existing markup as a base—with a few small tweaks to match their specific preferences.
🔧 Integration with KVS CMS
We implemented the new design inside KVS and made sure everything—from the player and video grids to user interactions—functioned seamlessly for both the client and their users.
📦 Full content and database migration
We handled the complete migration of video content, user data, metadata, and SEO elements from Mechbunny to KVS, with careful mapping to protect data integrity and rankings.
⚙️ Technical improvements for backend management
We introduced admin-side enhancements like better file management, clearer content limits, and improved controls, giving the client more flexibility and ease when managing the site.
🤝 Ongoing support with a dedicated developer
Our collaboration didn’t end with the relaunch. A dedicated developer continues to support the client with updates, new features, and technical troubleshooting to keep the platform evolving.
